Sandblasting Axles

I want to sandblast my D30 and D44. I'd like to take this route because it seems a lot quicker, and more efficient. 
Consolidated Compressor turned up in my search, and I read some good things on them from a few members.

Anyone else know of any other places that offer the similar thing, or if anyone can has one I can use etc. I will pay of course for all the necessary supplies.

I have sandblasted axles at Consolidated before and their setup is top notch with fair prices.

NOW experience has taught me that the axle has to be totally stripped and cleaned with brake cleaner before sandblasting.  Any remnant diff fluid left in the axle magically attaches to the sand and then hides in every nook and cranny in the axle,  you will then spend three hours and numerous cans of brake cleaner cleaning things up.   Leave the tube and pinion seals in as well as the ball joints as they will protect the machined recesses they fit into, of course these items they will be destroyed in the blasting process and will have to be replaced after.

The end result is one nice clean axle.

i have a dana 60 that will need blasting . so let me know when you are going and we can maybe share the cost
