got rear er ended today

at a red light and some chick ran into me . . lucky i had my hitch on and no damage was done to my jeep but i cant say the same thing for her bran new toyota ..

but she was so damn fine . no ring but i didnt think it was right to ask for her phone number .     what do you guys think   

should i of   or did i do right and not ask for it

Should have gotten all her information... just to cover your own arse.
Had something similar happen to a buddy. 3 months after the accident he was served papers stating that he backed into her. Thankfully he had witness's info and phone numbers.

I think you played it right by NOT taking her # for THAT intention....

she was hot ..   she didnt seem like a chick that would of come after me .. she was very polite and she said she was sorry and asked if i was ok .. i barely felt the hit .

and i asked her and she was fine and her car was not leaking anything ..


but damn she would of been nice to take out   lol

ya the jeep didnt get any damage .. i have a bit of paint on my hitch but no biggy ..

oh well lost my chance to ask her out   unless she comes after me then i know it was a good thing that i didnt ask hahah

Ha ha you should have asked her, she was most likely mesmerized and forgot to break... Missed your chance! Hopefully she doesn't try anything funny though. And I'm glad you both are ok

she said her dog jumpped on her lap and she tryied to move him thats when she hit me cuz she wasnt watching   :)    she also said thats the 2nd time this year she hit someones hitch ahahahahh

oh well im sure my princess will show up one day .. hopefully jeep loving, outdoories, cute, fun, wild, understand, active,  women with no kids / drama     anyone got a sister that fits into that discription hahahah

Go to the local cops and report it. Tell them you have no damage and just want to cover your arse in the event she reports a hit and run.
I have done that a couple of times over the years and all the cop does is take your info and files it.
