If I were to wager a guess, I'd say Silver (white is more rare I think), 03-06 Jeep Rubicon with soft top. Maybe 33" tires as it looks a little taller then stock.

good thing my "light-coloured, two-door Jeep with a dark top — possibly a TJ" only has damage on the drivers side...
