i know the hiems seems to be the best best and i like the simple design but just what i have heard they arnt made for long turm use so does that mean every 60 months im replacing them ..
ill post a picture of the tie rod ends i got m y hands on
these ones average 250,000 km under tractor trailers that haul 60 - 80 thousand lbs
since i was able to get my hands on them it was just an idea to use them

i would like your thoughts as you do have lots of expierence with hiems
what i have heard and read is since the bolt holding the hiem isnt tappered like a tie rod end it allows it to move ever so little and over time wears out the knuckle
is that caused by me using a ball joint style instead of king pin with high steer arms
maybe the knuckle is a weak cast
just a few people not tightening there bolts down good
