Calculating required bump stop sizes
« on: February 11, 2012, 12:21:30 AM »
Whats the best way to do this? I have the front diff out right now and while It's out I'd like to be able to bolt on some bump stop additions (pucks or whatever) without having to struggle inside the spring a later date.

4 in skyjacker + 2 in spacers. Factory bump stops up top.

Re install the diff with the complete lift and have it site at ride height. Measure how much shock shaft is showing then measure from the bump to bump pad. Those distances have tO be the same.   Then pull the spring and install the puck size u need to get that distance
