Oakleys
« on: March 19, 2012, 06:50:38 PM »
My new work glasses showed up today. Custom M frames.  Only took a week from the time of order to showing up on my door step.

If anyone else is looking to get some and have an old pair, you can send them to Oakley and they'll send you a discount coupon towards the next pair. What the old ones are made of determines the discount, but it starts at 15%' so I think it's worth the postage to send the old junk in, especially if they're scratched to crap and you can't get replacement lenses anymore.

Just thought I'd thow this out there.

Anyone considering a Persimmon (orange) lense, I've been wearing one for the last couple of days and love it.  12+ hour days most of it spent welding cutting and a little grinding, and my eyes feel great at the end of the day. Can drive in low light and in the dark. Not horrible in bright light either.

Bolle does the same.  It's through Bushnell out east.
This is not 'Nam, this is wheeling.  There are rules.
