I've been trying to join a 4x4 club but I'm having a hell of a time getting through the email systems.  Seems like CJA uses forums more anyways.  I'd like to ask questions but I can't make the May 17 meeting as I have other commitments.  Can you point me to a member that I can ask general questions to?  Fees, do I need to go out and buy a CB, do you get discounts at any particular shops, should I do a ride-along on a trip, etc? I printed off the "required equipment" list from another site but haven't got most of it.  Still figuring out what the equipment is and where to get it.

Consider me a newbie.  That's why I'd like to join so that I can figure out what I'm doing and what equipment I need to grab.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I edited the date of the meeting to the 16th.

Bryguy, our general meetings are always on the 3rd wednesday of the month.
Sometimes we look at the wrong calendar and put down the wrong date. Not me though :lol:  :lol:  :lol:
