I'm guessing by your handle you have a yj. Another WRONGler on the trail would be nice. I hate being the only 1 ;)

Nice set up....what kind of winch and where did you get the winch plate from?

Aslo, what is the plan for Sat?  I do not want to hit it hard but I would love to get out....

Stock JKU Rubicon (stock-no winch or CB yet)

Thanks. It's a KingOne TDS 9.5i winch, got it from Chanda.

The winch plate is from Rough Country with the Dring brackets.

Sounds like there will be at least 3 people with winches so you should be good.

Dude you have a rubi your gonna be just fine.  I'm sure 1 person with no CB will be ok.  You really should get one though.  Not only for safety but being able to talk to one another is half the fun.

being able to talk to one another is half the fun.

You mean "half the people can talk to each other....the other half either make noises on the CB like Charlie Brown's teacher, or can't hear anything."
I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(

Yeah..... I'm just going to quote that for truth.

From the sounds of things I might have to re-think the trails a little.....and bring a chainsaw :o

Those Minivans aren't very agile in the woods.....trees are a real bitch... Especially the ones you can easily drive around .....Just ask Anton ;D

How much did this set you back?  I need a winch and a bumper but the budget might not allow both so the winch has to come first.

Same here. Did the winch first and then will do a bumper after the lift and tires. The plate was a couple hundred with shipping and it's the only one I could find with D-rings. Be aware that if you buy this Plate the bolts they ship to attach the roller are too big for the holes in plate. I read someone else's post that said the same thing so you will either go get me bolts or drill out the plate.

The winch was about 550-600 when they were having a sale.

After a rough start which involving pulling a JK out of a pit for 2 1/2 hours it was a good day. I think Mr.Buki got everything he bargained for on this run  ;D.
