Rock Rails for 2006 Power Wagon Ordered!
« on: June 18, 2012, 10:33:31 AM »
Hey all you Dodge Truck owners,  I found a place that builds rock sliders to-suit.  Tactical Armor Group out of the US builds all kinds of off road body armor parts for all makes.  The sliders were not listed on the website, but I talked to someone on the phone and they currently make bolt on sliders for Dodge P/U in the 1500 and 2500 configuration  CC/SB.  $600 shipped to my door in bare metal.  I also will have to weld the rails to the bolt-on brackets.  The guy was super-friendly, and very professional.  I will post some pics later.

They also sell all kinds of Jeep stuff at good prices (IMO)  ;)

I'd read through that first, I went looking at TAG too and got pointed to that.

Yikes!  I will be cancelling my order tomorrow.  This is brutal.  I cannot believe this guy is still in business.

Thanks a ton for the heads up!

No problem. Trust me I thought they were the greatest thing since sliced read at first myself with everything they offered till I was given the heads up so I try and pass it on whenever I can.

Well, I canceled the order with Tactical Armor Group.  I got a snotty reply from Kyle.  I simply said "thanks" and left it at that.  I really would have loved to have told him that I canceled it because of the brutal experiences other buyers posted on the net, but  :-X.....

I am sure he hears it often enough....
