Hi folks.
Just picked up a 95 Wrangler a few days ago and wondering what are some of the first things you'd recommend doing to it. All the fluids have been changed out / replaced, it has a new K&N air filter, a new windshield and new front brakes now. I've Fluid Film'd every hinge so there's no squeaks any more. I've fixed up a few other bits and pieces so now I'm wondering what some of the next things could be. I'm pretty sure it's more or less stock, other than an aftermarket front and rear bumper.
I've got a head light conversion kit on order so I can get better light in front, too.
In the back, there's a whole bunch of wiring that I'm not sure where it's supposed to go or what it's for. Some of it looks like old speaker wire so I'll probably just trace that back and get rid of it. The back wiper doesn't seem to work and I'm not sure if it's the motor or something to do with the wiring.
I'm definitely not a mechanic, not even a back-yard mechanic, so if there's anybody on the board that would be willing to do a "Jeep parts 101" overview with me, I'd be more than happy to buy a lunch one weekend (or a case of beer - whatever's your preference) in return for some knowledge sharing.
