Saturday Nov 3rd and 4th in waiparous!

Heading to waiparous have only been there once before.... will basically doing some exploring and getting lost back there.. anyone is interested in joining a friend and I let me know .

We would all probably meet at the last Petro Canada gas station on 16th heading towards banff, around 7am in the morning, I will probably camp out there at night depending on weather, your welcome to camp or not!

You wont likely be slowing anyone down at waiperous in your stock jeep Have fun out there, be safe. The trails out that way are stock friendly.

your right I screwed that up NOV 3rd and 4th!!!  theres a path a friend and I were on last time that took winching and pulling and some fun! But you are sure welcome to come, just bring a tow tow rope lol I was out there in a pretty much stock 99 TJ and a 08 completely stock JK, we got stuck a bit but have a 10k winch and entire recovery system in my jeep. however if its anything like it was the other week...bring rubber boots probably to lol.

I've only been to Mclean Creek, so Waiparous looks like a reasonably close to Calgary destination to expand into.

sweet! sounds fun, I am going to put my mud tires from my 99tj onto my 03 rubicon and it should be able to chew us all a path through up there.

Please watch what trails you are on.  Many on the them are winter only (open in Dec) for trucks.   The last thing we need are the winter trails getting ripped up and closed.

Stock suspension trucks would be okay to do lost knife or the trail to Margaret lake. Just have good tires and plan for some recoveries.

theres only the one jeep trail thats open on nov 1st to aug... I was all up and down there site, but there is an unmarked trail that I was thinking bout taking. I was down it in sept was a lot of fun. lots of recoveries.

Ok so I have decided to do wiaparious Saturday and Mclean on sunday, who ever wants to join up on these let me know, should be fun.
