4wd Actuator Motor Thingy

How hard is it to replace the 4wd actuator shift motor thingy on a YJ?  Do you have to replace the whole housing or does the actuator come out of the housing that bolts to the axle.

Super easy 10 minute job, plus RTV curing time.

You have to pull off the housing (4 bolts) but if you wanted to you can just pull off the 3 clips holding the actuator shaft in position and replace or swap just the vacuum motor and shaft. There is a small clip on either side of the fork to hold it in place on the shaft, and one at the end keeping the whole vacuum motor and shaft on the housing. Mine's toast and the dealer wants over $380 when I called! I've got a cable now to build my own Posi-Lock. Still planning some aspects of the install.

If you know where to get the vacuum motor cheaply, I'd appreciate if you could let me know!  :D
