I actually had a really big rock fly into my windshield about 4 days after I had
it cracked the windshield and left a scratch on the hood! Definatley wanted to cry but I didn't! Anyway haven't had a chance to take it out somewhere off road yet! Any suggestions on where to go? For a newbie at this lol:)

Thanks

Waiperous winter trails will be fun for ya! Just bring extra food, blankets and a friend that is capable of performing a recovery and is also equipped with reco points should you have to pull them out :)
I did a Google search for "hot trannies" but nothing came up about oil coolers  :o

Worrying too much about mpg with a Jeep is similar to worrying about your sister's virginity. An ok thing to be concerned about but...

I have a couple construction sites I run around the city, if you just want to play in the dirt a little bit without having to worry about being stranded up a trail after dark shoot me a PM. You'd be more than welcome to stop by and learn your Jeep a little.

Otherwise round up a couple friends and head out to Waiparous. Just make sure you bring the needed goodies (good tow points, tow strap, jack, small tool box, warm clothes, extra food etc) because now is not a good time of year to be stuck somewhere by yourself.

That is pretty high level committment there - love it, tat looks great !!!!

My son was born 3 weeks ago and I tried so hard to convince the missus that "Jeep" would be an awesome middle name (1st name is Charlie) but she wouldn't go for it - We did agree on "Nellis" , after the Air Force Base north of Vegas - On a Jeep trip to Moab in 99 we had just come out of death valley and were sitting in the desert watching F16's dog fight and we quite randomely decided to drive into Vegas and get married.  I figure that's pretty close and will give Charlie a good story for his middle name and will go well with my jeep which I hope will  someday be passed on to him.  When he is old enough we will repeat that route that of course climaxed with wheeling in Moab as it did in 99.

Jeep love - you either get it or you don't !
