I am starting to develop my basement and I would like to get a toilet drain moved

Fifteen minutes with a sludge hammer to bust up the concrete to move it a couple inches. Half an hour with a sludge hammer to move it a couple feet.  Unless you have heated floors.
Keep center of drain 12 inchs away from back wall and no vanity or tub with 12 inchs on the sides. Determine what you all need for sizes and pieces before you cut. Use sawzall to cut. Trial fit all the pieces before you glue as no seperation after glueing. Keep top of flange flush with top of concrete. You can do it. No I am not a plumber.

my friend is looking for a plumber too.   prices were around 3000 for a bathroom rough in.   after some google and you tube time hes gonna try and dry fit it and then eventually tie in.    he has the time to try it...

id think you want 18" to the side and 1/4" slope per foot.    you could also try and saw cut the concrete to help the sludge hammer.   google a diagram and find out all the fittings you need.
you dont need to be a engineer to figure which way crap  flows.

I'm a plumber but sorry I hate doing side jobs. What was posted above is pretty much right but there are certain distances u have to keep the trap arm (outlet drain pipe) of the toilet before u mess with vent sizing. Also raise ur flange to finished floor height or just a hair under or ur wax seal may leak. If u have any other questions feel free to ask. Sorry about not wanting to take on the job

18 inches from the side is for handicap toilets. U can go 12 or whatever u really want off the side. It's the 12 from the back that's important.
