Rock Auto
« on: February 16, 2013, 04:16:15 PM »
Hi Guys,

Anyone ever bought parts from Rock Auto.com? Good/Bad? Even with shipping, some of their prices seem pretty decent.
Just wondered if anyone has had any experience with them.

I get most of my regular-maintenance parts from them, no complaints so far. They have excellent prices on good-quality parts, like Timken bearings and such. Shipping can be a bit pricey but compared to local prices it's still usually cheaper.

They can be hit and miss.  I've been sent some absolute junk from them that is not usable and not worth sending back.  I'm with John on this one, I'll only use them if I can't find it here.
