hello i have bine looking at a rear tire carrier for my tj and wondering if anyone has tired this type of carrior ?i have a good back bumper and do not want to but a new one unless i need to .

I've got that type of tire carrier on my TJ and I do like it. It wasn't too bad to install and I've had up to a 37" tire on it.

I think I saw him in a TJ once. Just like a I saw a short guy driving an XJ once.

I have the Bestop carrier as well. Nice, compact, quiet unit.
