The Best Off-Road Game
« on: June 04, 2014, 07:43:21 AM »
Check out this video for a game called spin-tires. If you're a gamer and an off roader you'll definitely get a kick out of this. You can have mods for jeeps and everything too, (I had the beta) But you need a decent computer and graphics card to support it.

its available on steam, and releases on June 13th, Happy mudding :)

You can get the developer version free. Download custom vehicles and maps. Its very realistic. I have this game and absolutely love it!

Yeah but the full game will be released on the 13th, has multiplayer and 4 maps, as well as winch use,  one negative is all the mods will have to be re-mapped.

I like the guy who does the vid. Dasquirlnuts does lots of those videos. This looks like fun. What's the minimum requirements?  I have a Mac mini i7 with 16 gigs of ram. Is that enough to run an emulator for this??  video card ?? (cant remember). I'm tech savvy but not the best with computers.

Well, I played the demo for hours.. added some mods of jeeps, fords, chevys ext....  watched some closed beta videos... then I pre-ordered from Steam cause it was 10% off.  ::)

as for system requirements:

Minimum:
OS: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Window 8 (32 bit)
Processor: Intel® Pentium Dual Core 2.0GHz or equivalent
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT or equivalent
DirectX: Version 9.0
Hard Drive: 1 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX® 9.0c Compatible
Additional Notes: Game is compatible with: Gamepad Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller for Windows

I have a Acer dual core laptop over clocked to 3.20 GHZ and 12gb of RAM, I run it on High settings fine.
Now to wait a week so I can play... :'(

Game is now released.

Full release has multiplayer so you can get stuck and beg friends to tow/winch you out or just help you through some of the tougher maps and objectives. ;)
