Hi, i'm pretty new to this forum, I bought my first car (93, jeep wrangler) about a month back.
When it's driving and you hit about 50km this terrible loud noise starts to sound and it's really irritating, it gets so loud it's hard to form a conversation with the person sitting beside you... I've taken it in to a shop and they told me that it was the "rear differential bearings were worn" and that I needed a Dana 35 bearing kit to fix it. It's really expensive (for me anyways) to get them to install the parts needed so i'll end up doing it myself.
Has anyone else had this problem in the past? If so what needed to be done to fix it?
