Hey all - another new guy here. Just put a set of KO2's on my JKU this week and would love to get it out and see what it can do. Would also like to invite a buddy along as I wouldn't mind knowing someone. He drives an FJ - would this be a Jeep-only event?

Also, aside from a Jeep with tow points (got 'em), what would one bring? Rubber boots? Squeegee? How long do these rides usually go for? Any tips for someone extremely green?

I guess we could be seen in public with a Toyota.   As long as he's got tow points front and rear, good tires and good attitude! And he needs to bring everyone fruit roll ups....

Always good to bring food and water for the day and a little extra just in case.  Rubber boots are a good idea especially since you're going to have to wade into the mud to get your fj buddy hooked to the strap.  (I'm just kidding, I like to yotas too)

Have you been out before? Know where the store is?

Turns out I've got a home inspection to go to tomorrow, so I'll be missing the ride unfortunately. I've sent a request to attend Off Road 101 in June - and no, I've never been out before.
