Whats open? Are jeeps part of the OHV ban?

Well now I'm really confused. First it was an all out OHV ban due to fire hazards on crown land and then today they repealed it and said it will be fazed in as needed with some areas getting it before others.

Would Jeeps even be affected by an OHV ban?

LOL - If I met a forest guardian, I would argue no.

Off highway vehicles are not allowed on highway or main roads as the signs say.. yet we are allowed of course.
