Meeting in person, June 16th, 2021

With restrictions lifted we are able to meet in person.
Cravings is open and we have 3 tables booked for June 16th at 6pm.
Come on out if you’re looking to see what we are all about.
We have a few things to discuss. It will be great to see everyone in person.
Cravings is seating 6 people per table. Should have room for a good bunch.

CJA Meeting
June 15, 2021 meeting commenced 7:05pm
Last meeting minutes:
- no Jeep 101 due to COVID restrictions and availability of resources.
- No SnS due to COVID restrictions
- Tentatively plans still coming for a Club camp out as things open up. Crown land? Savanna?
New Business:
- Kerri and MaryJo finally showed up
- New member introductions - Aaron and Jenn (YJGUY).
- T4T is looking for supporting vendors/sponsors
- Trying to get things going for another new trail in Livingston. 
- Savanna we’re still waiting to hear from AE minister   - Honey moon creek is now a public road as it was acquired by industry.
- Dutch creek to North fork is currently still open.
- Looking for contacts for anyone who may have access to Access matting (not rig matting ) and eventually volunteers
- Club coffers currently sit @ $4987.07 and a percentage of this is available for trail activities.
- T4T is going to be at Alberta Overland Adventure expo this year. Sept 3-5 at Medicine Lodge Rodeo Grounds
- Calgary ATV Riders are looking for volunteers Jun 16-21

Thankyou to everyone that joined. Was nice to see everyone person. Typically we don’t have meetings in July and august, but we might change that and see if people still want to get together. Even if it’s just to hang out and talk jeep.

I now have a contact for the access/swamp matting. We will need to know if it needs to be new or used, washed, if we want to rent or purchase and of course how much and when. Availability will depend on where their matting is at at that time. So, the sooner we know the details the better.
