Jeep Gladiator warranty voided for driving in mud
« on: April 06, 2022, 01:27:36 PM »
From Back in Jan 2021 :

The Lemon Law Lawyer reviews an event from a few years ago, the real summary is around the 16m mark if you want to skip ahead. If anyone is familiar with Lehto he gives a good summary of a bunch of different legal factors.

These stories remind me of Dan and his Blue JKU unlimited, he'd throw his jeep on a hoist and clean it completely before bringing it in...

That would not be covered. There is a line they draw but they should make a customer sign a document that states what is and what is not covered. Warranty covers defects in build and workmanship not design. Up to the customer to decide if design fits their lifestyle before they drive out of the showroom.
