With a lot of "summer" clutter and endless series of commitments and obligations, guest hosting and Alberta tour guiding now behind me, I have a lot more time on my hands.

Weather and work permitting, I'd be on to assist the CJA this weekend provided the route taken is suitable for a stock TJ.
I'd rather be dragging a club than clubbing in drag

Thanks... it look like the weater will be crappy so far   . It's Alberta and it can change at any time...

anyway ... we're not made of chocolate... what's a little rain!

Rain or Shine ... I'll be there.

Thanks so much for posting this up here.  We would love it if you are available for the day.  Last time we had enough time to clean up another trail, but all of our trucks were full!  We pulled out 8000 lbs of garbage in the Endump that Federal Metals provided that day, and that isn't including the other trucks that were full...

Come on out... it's this saturday, yes the weather is going to be crappy, but a few of us are staying in the campground so come by and say hi.

I will be donating the hotdogs (maybe Dom can make some of his infamous CHEESE SLIDERS for us).  ;)

See ya there!

Of course.  That's near 30 years of motorcycle touring talking earlier.  Who cares about the weather?  It seems that unlike the bike, the TJ has two tops and a heater.   :D

I recall (from some other forum) that Federal has donated the use of their semi truck with the fullsize dump hauler. So plenty of garbage hauling capacity.

Elsifer is right... Federal Metals will be donating a dump truck for the day but we cannot take this with us on the trails so we left it at the staging area and people would fill their pickups with bags & then come back to put it in there.  There were about 3 or 4 couches that we pulled out so be aware that they could be in there!

It's going to be sloppy, cold and messy... but it should be a very good time.  4WD is a must... but stock 4x4's are definately welcome.

Thanks again for all your help everyone.  See you at the store at 9:30!

I'll do my best to make it out, are Wrangler RTs good enough. I see on most runs ATs are a must.

Thanks.

At the moment, it looks like a GO for me and and a friend to head out. But I'm kinda worried, that having a stock Jeep with GSAs', I won't be able to go very far.... I don't want to spend the day on the end of a tow strap... Maybe I'll be lucky and find a set of MT's out there lol
