WOO HOO!!! Going to The Hip!

I have yet to see the Tragically Hip, and Nov 1st I'll get to. It sounds like it'll be an awesome show. Up close and personal at Mac Hall. The ticket was 60.....after ticketmaster, it came out at almsost $75!!

Doesn't matter though, it's worth it to see them.... I have already seen Tool and the Red Hot Chili Pepeprs already this year, and both shows were amazing. The hip have alot to live up to :)

The Tragically Hip are awesome, I have seen them a few times. Waaaaaaay back when they did Race City Speedway. I guess they are going low-key these days.

Hip are good! I have seen everything from small club, to large outdoor venue, to huge saddledome.

I'm more of a fan of their older stuff, but the new music is pretty good. Perhaps my tastes have changed, or their's have.

Well Gordon Downie is a little eccentric, I like their old stuff better.

I'm definately a fan of their older stuff. After Music at Work (even on that album), they started getting really wierd and lost me. I definately don't like the new song on CJAY. But you can't really fault them for changing their sound. It's part of the natural evolution of any band... Or else you end up like Disturbed lol.
