Bar Pin Eliminators
« on: January 21, 2007, 07:46:34 PM »
Just wondering if anyone is running the JKS bar pin eliminator (http://store.jksmfg.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=BARPINELIM&Store_Code=JKS01&Category_Code=Shock) or something similar?  What do you think of them?

My dragging rear shock this weekend was caused by the pin that goes through the top of the rear shock snapping.  I was looking at the one on the other side and the shock has moved sideways far enough that the rubber bushing isn't fully seated anymore.  It looks like the bar pin eliminator would solve the problem of the shock being able to walk side to side and spit the bushing out.  They BPE also looks a little beefier than the stock pin.

Thoughts? Opinions?
