Rockcrusher Diff Covers

Just out of curousity, are people using any washers for the bolts on their covers.  When I installed mine the other weekend, some of the bolts are a real PITA and to add to the pain, they are countersunk.  I was think a small washer would help.

Also for those of you with these covers and looking for a tool for the drain plug, Acklands Grainger sells a 1/2" drive socket (H14) for either $10 or $20 depending on how fancy you go.  It works great.  Here is the part number, WSWMHBS12-14, and the link http://www.acklandsgrainger.com/AGIPortalWeb/WebSource/ProductDisplay/globalProductDetailDisplay.do?item_code=WSWMHBS12-14

I used lock washers to stop the bolts from loosening off.

For the drain plug just go to P.A and get a 3/8s rod coupling for 1.78
its basically a 3/8s nut thats about an 1 1/4" long it fits the drain plug and use a 9/16s socket or wrench
TJ with some stuff
