Is there such a thing, for touching up, I wanna fill in the rust holes on my rims, the rust Is all cleaned out, but i need to fill it with somthing, or it will just happen again, and i dont wanna pay for full chrome again, unless I have to.

You can buy chrome "look" paint to make plastic and things look like chrome. It might work but I think you'll have issues making it stick. Seeing as chroming is actually a process not sure how easy it will be for touchup, it's not as easy as powdercoat.
Good luck though, someone may chime in with a better idea.

I have a can of chrome spray paint,came from canadian tire,don't know how I got it,or if they still sell it.
