Info on full width axle sawp....
« on: April 23, 2007, 02:20:00 PM »
Hi,
I am looking for some info about a full width axle swap (D60/GM14) for CJ/YJ's. Does anybody have any personal experience or tips about this swap? Are there any companies that carry a convertion kit?

77-78 Ford 60 Just about bolts right up in the front. If I remember right the pads are within 1/2inch of the stock YJ width.  Rears are all easy.  Just cut off the perches and move to match your spring pad width.
