Broken winch

I dunno how to fix my winch, i broke the handle Off of it, any suggestions, looks like a sheer pin, which i am told that anyways, but i have no idea on how to repair this stuff

If its a Warn, you can download the tear-down pdf's from their website. As well as get the part numbers to order replacements.

Otherwise, I don't know what shop repairs the mechanical. I know Amperage Tech 250-2845 can do the electrical stuff; they might do the mechanical, but I'd ask them. They are the go-to guys for motors and solenoids around here.
