Also buy one of those Mothers polishing ball, works great. My windows were very scratched and hazy and it made them nice and shiny again, although it didn't get alot of the scratches they still look 10 times better and I can see out of them.

As for the rest of the top I use a scrub brush and soap and water. Mud stains the fabric and you will end up with stains that don't quite come out.

I don't know about your stains, but Lemon Pledge does a nice job on the windows - and it smells purty too!

Just don't be too rational and assume after pressure washing the entire top on your lawn that those mud stains are there for good.
I like some of these suggestions. My inovative method was to use a tooth brush and schedule 3-4 hours of a hot sunny day to really get at those nasty mud stains.

Mothers polishing ball seems like it would do the job pretty fast.

For the windows it works great with PlastX polishing compond. Works good on the fender flairs as well. Get another polishing ball for any aluminum you may have on the jeep and you have an easy 2 hours work to make your jeep look nice. Who say's nice jeeps are pavement princesses  :D
