Okay, i should really get on top of fixing this while its nice out so i dont have to do it in the cold and was also wondering if others had the same problem.

When i switch the air in my jeep to the vents nothing comes out. It sounds like the flap that usually moves to allow it to come through the vents isnt moving. Has anyone had this problem b4? Anyone know where the little flap is and if its easy to get at?

I had this happen on my Grand Am.  When you move the switch to any position does the air flow change?  In my car there was a vacuum that was connected to the switch.  The vacuum line had a crack in it between the engine and switch, so there was nothing happening.  This might be the same with the TJs air system.

Somebody else might know better, but that is what I found out with a similar problem.
