Clutch Job Time

Any suggestions

I was thinking about the Dual Friction from Quadratec or should I go Centerforce 2. Its a good $140 CDN difference. Is there any local shops that I can buy from?

I never did a clutch job before. My last mazda truck clutch job cost me $1200 from repair shop. So like every other repair on the Heep I have done I will jump in unafraid. How long do you figure it would take, and do you think having a lift would greatly help me out?

Thanks

The first time I did my clutch it took me and my dad a day and a half, and that included replacing all driveshaft and front axle u-joints, beer breaks and a long lunch.

I did it again a few weeks ago (with airtools this time) and it took about 7 hours by myself. I needed about 15 minutes of help to push the tranny back into place.

I used a dynapak from Part Source for about $170
