9.5 Ti issues

I've got a 9.5 Ti warn winch, it free spools, and you can hear the motor turning but does not engage the drum when you lock it up. has anyone had an a problem with this and what are you're suggestions. i haven't pulled it apart yet to take a look. keep in mind the winch is 3yrs old and has had only 3 or 4 really hard pulls. thanks.

Had a friend break something inside the gear box on a fairly mild pull, winch was only about 6 months old. Its was covered under Warrenty by Warn but took almost a year to get the part in get it back to him. I think you're going to have to take it apart.
