I have run both, I would run selectable lockers (air, electric or OX) if money is not an issue...plain and simple, you can't beat them.
Lockrights are somewhat harsh on road. The rear will lock up around corners causing tire chirp and premature wear. The front is virtually invisible on road in 2wd, but you will not be able to drive in the winter in 4wd, as your Jeep will only want to go stright. Very dangerous.
Selectable lockers are best becuse you can turn them off and on when you want. On the trail...full time lockers can be a pain for turning around in tight spots (which happens alot).
If you are adimate about Lockrights, I would recommend going with a Powertrax no slip locker in the rear and a Detriot truetrac (limited slip) in the front.
