Used Oil Disposal

Does anyone know of a place in the NW where I can dispose of used oil ?
'04 Unlimited with a few mods. SOLD
98 XJ with a few mods. SOLD
02 Sahara with lots of Mods.

I have a couple of cheap 10 gallon tanks, when they are full I take to the recycle facility at Spy Hill Landfill.  They also take filters, batterys,antifreeze ,paint and all sorts of nasty stuff.

spy hill landfill has a couple big recylce bins for used oil
