fan shroud or no fan shroud?

Pro's and con's?  I want no shroud do easy cleaning will that bother anything? I have a 4.0ltr

good thing it will be easy to clean cause you'll get even more water/mud in there..........  will probably run a little warmer too,s pecially in the summer

You need one, I dont have a shroud and Im running a bit warm.

Same issue here.  I had issues with temp when I broke my shroud and now that I have replaced it, my temp has lowered back to normal operating temp.  So from experience I would say a shroud is required

Very intetesting I just broke my shroud and took it off and have noticed the same thing as the previous posts.

I've got a shroud off a 4.0L I am not using....

But yes x11 or whatever, a shroud is essential.
