Does anyone know what the acceptable axleshaft and flange run out on a D44 rear is?

Should be no more then 30-50 thou. If you can visibly see it as obvious run out, there may be an issue.
Check both sides to confirm if one is out by a considerable amount.

I checked the passenger side flange with dial calipers, the runout is maybe 3 thou. The drivers side is is closer to 25 thou. I can't see the driver side move but the bearing race on that side has a couple of scores on it.
