I have pretty much ZERO articulation. I could remove the front sway bar, that should help a bit, but I flex like a neon haha

Ouch, that is stiff.  What springs do you have?

Definitely disconnecting the front sway bar would help!
Also, if you have a rear sway bar, remove it completely.

And whatever you do, don't do this:

Yes there is a rear swar bar on an xj. Known issue with a lift and rear sway at flex is end of sway bar pokes out the sidewall of your tire.

That happened to me after hours of working on it. I just gave up threw the spare on and got new tires the next thursday. I need swaybar disconnects pretty badly

there is no rear sway bar, I (at first) disconnected it, then something happened and it ended up exploding my rear tire, and snapping in two

also when i say something happened i meant, "something happened" haha. typical little whoops moment
