jeeps been fine.  cant shift at all, once the tranny starts turning, the clutch pedal doesn't stop it.  clutch is still good, i checked it when i started feeling problems.  3rd to 5th it stalls quite fast, no chatter or slipping.

gonna get a new slave and master this weekend.  hopefully a sealed unit from stealership if its not too expensive.

I think a complete system including master, tubing, and slave is about $300-350 and it comes loaded and ready to install.  The change out takes about 20-30 mins.  I know when my slave was going I had troubles getting it out of gear and sometimes it would grind going into gear

My 89 YJ did the same thing.  Turned out it was the master cylinder.  Put on a new one and it shifts like new. $150ish at NAPA

Dont see why the 03 one wouldnt fit Al.

I re did Denise's and it looks identical to the one I pulled off mine when I did the advance adapter conversion.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure I only have 1 laying around the garage, which means you should have one. Since I did pull two out recently.

If you cant find it, come over and grab another one from me for the time being. At least you can swap one of mine and mage sure its your problem.

only reason i can think there might be a change in those years would be when they went from the nvg3550 to the nsg370. other then that... they should be the same... anyone else confirm this???
