Well thanks alot Fug/Immortal... (and everyone else at CJA) - I'm definitely going to see if the Fiance's up for this.  She said it could be fun, but I wanna make sure she doesn't get PO'd @ me if the jeep gets a little bruise here or there.

So tow hooks are a must

Skids are "reccomended" I imagine?

Skid plates are good, but again, the trail will be specifically selected to be friendly to stockers.

Waytec has the experience to pick a trail that should get allow new drivers in stock vehicles to finish the day with new skills and a new enthusiasm for off-roading.

If you meet the requirements laid out in the sticky, you'll do fine.
I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(

I don't have skidplates.... I did it last year, and many more since then.
if we were smart with our money we wouldn't own Jeeps.

Maybe those skid plates I found belong to you.  :P

Last year, we had all kinds of stockers. We had, stock TJ's, stock JK's, stock JK Unlimited's, stock Cherokee's and everyone made it home with minor to no damage at all.

I think all I had was a few scratch's on my door, but you can't see them anymore, as they are camouflaged with the other 100 scratchs on the door.  So when the scratch's start to bug me, I just go threw a giant mud puddle. BAM, scratch's are gone.

OR, it was so nice last year, that you could just take the doors off.

My donation last year was $20 bucks, and I felt like I got my money worth.

I'd really like to go, I even have that weekend booked off.  But I get the impression my wife is planning a surprise b-day party for me.......  I need to figure out a way to make the surprise be the trail run.  Any ideas?    :-\

4? only if it's black forest cake.  I'll tell her I misplaced the mud that's supposed to be in the wheel wells and had to go find it.

Well gee. The party is s surprise, which mean she hasn't told you about it, which means that you can't know about it, which means that if you miss it you have a perfectly good reason for her not to be upset, which means that everything will be "fine".

Perfectly logical. Right guys?

Sounds right to me - besides, it's JUST the excuse she needs for you to be out of the house while she sets everything up!
