Waiparous June 27

Going out on saturday to do the falls.  Its a pretty easy run, a lot of stockers can do it no problem.  Meet at the smittys in cochrane at 9AM for breakfast, leave for the trail at 1oish

Run Requirements:
- Front and rear tow points
- Tires in good shape
- Fullsize spare
- Towstraps are a plus but I have a few
- CB radio would be great as well

I am in for the falls saturday.  I have only been there with ice/snow so it should be nice this time of year.

I won't be able to make this one.  I'm taking my boys camping in Banff and testing out the newly lifted Snowbear utility trailer.  Got rid of the 12" rims and trailer tires and put my stock TJ 16rims/31" M/Ts on!

Update.

I checked with nath and this run can count towards the runs needed to be considered for membership.  John, i've seen your tires and doubt they would get you through a wet parking lot.  I also need a tailgunner

Sweetness I've never been to waiparous...even tho i live so close. always go to mclean. I dont have a rear tow hook and am running basically stock 03 TJ with beauty tires. Can i still come? I dont know if ill have time to get a rear before sat because i work all day.

PS I have a bright yellow recovery strap ;) I mean....thats gotta count for something right :P

I've seen some sketchy things take place when folks don't have adequate recovery points. Since Fraser is leading, it's his decision...but I'd absolutely support him if he asked you to get a rear recovery point before going on the run.

If you post up in the "Jeep stuff wanted" area, you may be able to find someone with a stock recovery point that they will sell you for a very reasonable price.
