The t-case should be ATF and for the tranny, if it is a manual then 80W-90 gear oil and auto is ATF

D'OH!!!! sorry, I was too excited to finaly post again :)

2003 Jeep TJ Manual tranny.

I thought there was special fluids that were supposed to go in the two, not just ATF and 80W-90  :?

check the owner's manual but that is what usually goes in the Jeep t-case and tranny.  Now if you have a limited slip in the rear diff, you are suppose to add a friction modifier

The t-case is atf+4 (dealer item) the man tranny is Mopar manual transmission lubricant (dealer item $14 per liter u need 2)that being said I have read that according to NVG (the tranny manufactuer) that the trans uses regular 5w30 motor oil do a search  here for the thread on trans fluid to read the whole story (using 5w30 is surpossed to reduce the "marbels in the tranny sound')
