I fired up a LP-50D today and played around with it a bit.

In my totally biased opinion it was pretty kick arse.  Nothing like trial by fire.  I stepped straight into freehanding 5/8 plate with it.....

Then cut some 1/4".....

And came up with this for my Alternator conversion....

We were playing with Dom's plasma on Sat.  Chris (cfbaars) had read the instructions on-line.

It was pretty sweet cutting!

All online Chris.  Just go to http://longevity-inc.com/details.php  select your model, and click the tab for the manual.

I just have to add to how great the Pilot Arc LP40D plasma is, I just fabricated these 1/4inch controll arm mounts this morning, I thought I would need a 60gal air compressor, but the little 5gal compressor does the job.  great plasma for anyone who does some fab work in their garage for a great price.

That's some sweet work, Raf. I think I have a hunch as to where those are going.... :P
I followed a rainbow out to a garage and found a leprichaun. The rainbow ended in a potted cactus on his porch, but there was no gold :(

I like the way that you boxed them - like built-in skids.

Ok I have  to practice a bit more to get strait lines like this... or get a CNC ... ;D

I've owned my little 50AMP machine for about a year now... it still works great!

Great bang for the buck!

Bump!
