A couple of years ago I swapped an AX15 from a 98 ?  TJ  into my 88 YJ which happens to have a 258 crank from a 70? something ? CJ and a 93   4.0  block.
A pilot bearing does not exist for the application described above.
What do I do in situations like this ?
I make one , a bushing does the job just fine .
In your  situation , you may be able to buy one , measure the bore in the end of the crank ( if it's still round ) , measure the pilot shaft
