No, it adds fresh dirt and water to the lawn resulting in a beautiful green escape.  Walking barefoot on something like that would be like 10,000 angels kissing your feet as saunter across it.   ;)

Try telling that to the ohmos who complained.

I am now a tourist in Calgary, my plate is registered outside of the calgary city limits.  That is just one of the loop-holes that this tax paying citizen thought of.
