Looks sick, and it would look even better if it was stretched   ;)

gonna 'stetch' it to 109" its at 108 right. why? becuase at full stuff or semi full stuff i know if i crank the wheel there could be issues.

any more and i might as well have started with a regular cab shortbox truck ;)

nice build johnny :) not a yj which is sad, because Halloweeen is coming and that made a great costume on you ;)

However it looks like you need to push the real axle out more as it seems like its too close to the front in those pictures... if your lookin to stretch it that is.
I did a Google search for "hot trannies" but nothing came up about oil coolers  :o

Worrying too much about mpg with a Jeep is similar to worrying about your sister's virginity. An ok thing to be concerned about but...

Better rethink that one. Efans for a 5.9 are super hard to come by and if you do find one they are well over $500. I just converted a 5.9 to a mechanical fan using fan and shroud from a 5.2 for that reason.

Taurus fan is WAY cheaper and just as easy.

The Taurus fan I mounted into my '93 was pretty easy. I removed the original 5.2 shroud and then mounted the Taurus fan inside it with self drilling screws. Took some trimming of the the shroud and fan but was pretty simple.

hey Clay could you fire me a PM with the details on how you wired up the taurus fan? or post em? i'm trying to find an all in 1 controller type thing like this --> http://www.dccontrol.com/relay_controllers.htm

but i don't know if that includes a temperature sensor unit, or what else i'd need. i think i also need a 70A fuse to right?

at least i admit i suck with electrical :(

I only used the high speed setting on my fan. Power to it is fed a continous duty solenoid, like what you see inside a Warn winch solenoid pack. The solenoid is controlled by a cheap Flex-a-lite controller with a probe shoved into the rad fins.

Lately the controller has not been working right so I may replace with a temp probe in one of the rad hoses. I would lose my adjust ability though. The Flex-a-lite controller has an adjustemnt screw on it to adjust kick in/out up and down. A probe would just be at set temp.

I also have a 3 way switch on the console for the fan.  Off/Force on/Auto

the first two pictures show yourmounting locations for said shroud and the last on gives u a idea of what i was thinking... ddint have a big enough piece to cover the whole rad... but in theory it should all be cutable on the plasma including the holes for fan or fans.....
