Picture #1:

J8 Military spec jeep - D60 rear axle, and either a 5.7L VVT Hemi or a diesel. Interior comes stripped so that you can hose it out after using it. Bumpers are designed with recovery points that allow the Jeep to be airlifted. Jeep is being off-roaded in Moab.

Picture #2:

Blinged-out chromed-up concept vehicle, rolling down the highway.



Leave it to an XJ pilot to think that picture #2 is cooler. Y'all must have really enjoyed the taste of those paint chips as children to eat so many of them.  :o

Hmmm... maybe those paint chips dissolved some common sense into us.
The "Blinged-out chromed-up concept vehicle, rolling down the highway" is where it is suppose to be. That is why we have XJs... so we can take them into the bush, beat the ever loving crap out of them, and NOT shed any tears when they come back scratched, dented, and pin striped all to hell.
If you want to retort, I will take you down a trail that will make you AND your pretty little JK cry. (and it is a flat run!!). I'll set up a camera focused on your face just so I can watch it over and over again.

I sure did...But alas, they told me some guy in a black four door jeep with big tires showed up and paid double the asking price. The seller mentioned something about the guy saying, "He had always wanted one!"
