No headlights, need to drive tonight!

headlights in my sisters jeep went out (both) but high beams work, anyone got an idea? I'm not in town to look and she needs to drive after work.  2007 wrangler x unlimited

daytime running lights work?  might the that DRL module possibly.  they suck on plenty of other dodge vehicles.

I'm not too sure on a JK  but i'm sure you can find out on google...

There is a 3 inch square black module that controls this function and when they fail, the lights fail to turn off. The module is located up on the firewall.......roughly in the center  

if it's messed up; it will be real hot. I took mine out about 5 years ago.

I don't think that it's a separate module on the JK. The lights and every other thing on a JK seem to be run directly off the computer. I've just flashed mine so that my fog lights are now my DRL.

I have a similar problem with my '94XJ:  I have DRL, I don't have low beams, I only have high beams when I pull and hold the turn signal stalk, my high beams won't stay on.  The bulbs (both high and low beam) are good - I swapped them over to my YJ  and they worked, the headlight fuse under the hood looks good, I suspect the relay? or the dash switch?  I don't know where the relay is, and I couldn't get the switch fully out after pulling apart the knee kick panel and dash face trim, pulling the knob (via pushing the little button underneath) and unscrewing the retaining "nut".

Oops, unplugged a bunch of stuff and re-plugged it back in and they worked. cold temps of the season always seem to trigger dumb stuff. Thanks again
