Shipping to the border
« on: May 01, 2012, 01:37:05 PM »
So I just got off the phone with a company from the states who makes WK and XK components. They do not have any distributors in Canada and so I have no choice but to buy direct and have it shipped. The problem I am running into is the enormous freight costs to get it to Calgary. Has anyone ever shipped to the border and went to pick it up? Any suggestions on who to call?

I do this on a fairly regular basis. I have stuff shipped to a brokerage warehouse in Sweetgrass MT. Last thing I got was 4 BFG KM2s shipped up. They charged me $6 for receiving them. It's a piece of cake....
