...points of concern we’ve raised in that there is nothing in this bill which requires this government to actually use the funds they are collecting from Albertans for the use of the backcountry, for the purpose that they say they will. They’re leaving it open-ended. There’s nothing in this legislation that compels them to follow through on that promise.
